Concept phase

The initiating phase, where the conceptual ideas are developed into a quick scan as long as the following questions are met:

• Describe the concept in 2 sentences
• Who is the target?
• What is the revenue model?
• What does the concept do for ABN AMRO?
• What are the success factors?

Once the quick scan is approved it is extended into a business case.
